During any holiday season it is important to make customers feel special. Restaurants also want to incentive customers to come back with friends and family.

Everyone loves a gift card! Offer gift cards at various price levels to bring traffic in long after the holiday. Display gift cards at the counter and advertise on social media.
Giving Back Programs
Create signage announcing local non-profits who serve the area community. You can find non-profits near you by looking at the Charity Navigator site, or partnering with local faith-based organizations or hospital foundations. A Toy Drive or a Coat / Blanket Drive also is a way to support the giving spirit!
Special Menu Items
Also on tap are custom-build menu items (for example, add your own holiday topping). Many are also advertising special prices (like buy one and share one with a friend) to encourage group events. We are seeing special baked goods, local artistic works like mugs, tea towels, logo merchandise like t-shirts, hats and mugs.

Reach out to local retail shops and bring in ‘stocking stuffer style products’ to sell at the counter or online.
